Mindful Multitasking: Balancing Work, Research, and Housekeeping with Pomodoro Technique

I am becoming more mindful of my daily work, research, and house cleaning habits. I mentioned this in one of my latest blog post ….And I don’t wait for inspiration

Below is my 2-hour Pomodoro video (25 min productivity x 5 min rest) session with a lofi playlist to help with focus. We will use this the next 7 days to manage work, research, and house cleaning.

In my journey to create a more balanced and productive daily routine, I’ve been working on improving how I manage my cleaning, researching, and work tasks. One method that’s really helped me in the past is Pomodoro Technique.

It breaks down work into manageable 25-minute sessions followed by short breaks. This approach made a big difference, especially for people like me who are neurodivergent. It provides structured time frames that boost concentration and lessen stress. I’ve found that listening to a relaxing lo-fi playlist during my 2-hour Pomodoro sessions keeps me focused and motivated. Back then it completely changed how I tackled my to-do list, helping me stay organized and productive.
