I just want to express my gratitude to everyone who has been joining us for our nightly meditation sessions via YouTube.
The meditations can be used for a quick nap or at night. Whether it’s the 15-minute power nap my husband and I took before the heatwave hit yesterday, or our close friend’s mindful journey towards a full night’s rest, I am incredibly thankful for anyone who has continued to join me to take a moment to breathe and prepare for bed/rest.
